My Approach

Personalized sessions supporting healing, awareness, and growth.

My work draws on the Grinberg Method, the Pantarei Approach, foot reflexology, energy work, kinesiology, breath, and movement, woven together with intuition and more than twenty years of experience.

Each session is shaped by the specific goal or aim you wish to achieve and what your body is communicating in the moment. I combine body-centered work, conscious touch, dialogue, and awareness practices to support physical relief, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself.

This work is not about fixing. It is about learning through your body and creating more choice, ease, and vitality in daily life.

  • Chronic pain and physical tension:

    Back pain, migraines, digestive issues, fatigue, or recurring physical symptoms. The body often carries what the mind has not yet processed. We work with both.

  • Emotional patterns and stress:

    Anxiety, overwhelm, stored emotions, or experiences that feel stuck. Emotions are not problems to be solved; they are information. When we learn to feel them fully, without being overwhelmed, they begin to move and transform.

  • Fear and nervous system regulation:

    Fear is not always the enemy. Some fear is old, learned long ago in situations that no longer exist. Some fear is real and worth listening to. Part of this work is learning to recognize when fear is a signal worth following and when it is a habit worth releasing.

  • Life transitions and clarity:

    Crossroads, big decisions, or a loss of direction. When the mind goes in circles, the body often knows more than it has been asked. These sessions reconnect you with your intuition, confidence, and inner strength.

  • Personal growth and expanding potential:

    Moving beyond limiting beliefs and habitual patterns. Reconnecting with qualities you want to live more fully: courage, presence, creativity, and ease.

  • Deep relaxation and being cared for:

    Sometimes the most healing thing is simply to arrive, to be touched, and to rest. Having space where you have nothing to do and nothing to prove is already profound.

People arrive here for very different reasons. Some come with something specific and urgent. Others follow a quieter pull, a sense that something wants to shift, without quite knowing what. All of it is welcome.

My approach

Body, mind, emotions, and spirit are not separate. Experiences and life patterns are held in the body, often beneath conscious awareness. By working through touch and presence, these layers become accessible and begin to release.

Physical symptoms often reflect emotional or habitual patterns. Together, we learn to recognize them and gently stop repeating them. This is about expanding choice and vitality so you can live with more freedom and ease.

Underneath everything, the body already knows how to heal. It is always moving toward balance. Our work together is not about imposing a method or forcing a result. It is about removing the interference — the tension, the holding, the old patterns — so that the body's own natural intelligence can do what it was always capable of doing.

Touch and communication: Touch and dialogue work together. I listen through my hands and through conversation, following what the body is expressing. Each session finds its own rhythm between stillness and words.

The Process

We begin by clarifying what you want to work on and why. Understanding your aim and what you want to change gives the bodywork a clear direction and depth.

Each session is shaped by where you are right now and what wants to move. In our first session, we take real time to understand why you are coming. What are the symptoms, the patterns, or the situations in your life you want to change? Often these are connected in ways that are not immediately obvious.

A foot analysis is usually part of this first session. The feet offer a clear map of your individual qualities and any imbalances. This provides a picture of how stress and habits are held in the body, giving us useful information about where to focus.

In following sessions, we build on this. We check what has shifted in your week and what the next step in your process is. One session might focus on learning to relax where there was once tension or trauma. Another might work with a pattern showing up in a relationship. The work is always connected to your aim, but it moves and deepens over time.

You gain not only relief but also tools and self-awareness that travel with you into daily life.
