While you are welcome to choose a specific focus from the options below, we always begin with a conversation to ensure the work meets you where you are. Often, a foot analysis is part of our first meeting, helping us understand what your body is carrying and what would serve you most.

Whether you come for a single restorative session or a longer personal process, we find the rhythm and the approach that fits you best.

  • Deep process work for lasting personal change.

    This is where real, lasting change happens. Over the course of our work together, we identify what you want to shift and look at where it comes from: old beliefs, patterns learned in childhood, emotional armor built up over time, or traumas held in the body.

    People come to this work with many different aims. Some want to let go of long-held patterns or a sense of not being enough. Some want to feel more open, more connected, and more at ease in their own body and in their relationships. Others want to reconnect with a quality they know is in them but cannot quite reach: more confidence, more flow, or more joy.

    Together we clarify the aim, explore where the pattern is held in the body, and work through it step by step. This can include bodywork, guided attention, breath, movement, and exercises to practice at home. The foot analysis at the start of our work gives a clear picture of what qualities want to be strengthened and what needs to be released.

    The depth of this work is real. People often describe feeling more like themselves, more present, and more alive. Some come for a handful of sessions, while others work with me regularly over months or years. We find the pace that is right for you.

    By combining body awareness, dialogue, and practical tools, we explore what is holding you back and what is pulling you forward. The body often knows before the mind does. These sessions help you access that knowing and turn it into real choices and real change.

    People often come with themes like finding clarity about the next step in life, deciding what to change at work or in a relationship, or learning to set boundaries and communicate more authentically. It is about building confidence, managing stress in a new way, and reconnecting with what truly matters to you.

  • Focused support for physical healing and restoration.

    Recovery sessions are for moments when the aim is to deal with a specific physical symptom or sensation. The focus here is on healing: restoring function, releasing deep-seated tension, and supporting the body in finding its way back to balance.

    People come to recovery sessions with back pain, neck pain, knee issues, migraines, or joint tension. We also work with digestive problems, ongoing fatigue, and recovery after surgery, injury, or accident—including scar tissue work and areas of reduced sensation. These sessions are also a space for managing burnout and nervous system exhaustion, or chronic conditions that have not responded fully to other approaches. The work is grounded and practical; I listen closely to what the body is communicating and support it in restoring resilience at its own pace.

  • A space for deep relaxation and presence.

    These sessions are an invitation to simply arrive, be supported, and let go. The focus is fully on massage and touch—a space to recharge through the presence of my care. It is ideal if you are feeling stressed from work, physically tired from a workout, or simply want to find a deep state of quiet in your body.

    Every session is individual, shaped by your wishes and the needs of your body in that moment. I listen through my hands to identify where tension is held and where the flow is stuck. Whether a specific area needs deep, focused attention or a softer, more fluid touch, the work finds its own natural rhythm. By following the needs of your nervous system, we release the interference of daily stress and allow your natural vitality to flow freely again.

  • Gentle, supportive bodywork adapted to your journey.

    These sessions offer physical relief, relaxation, and emotional support throughout pregnancy. Touch is carefully adapted to your changing body and its specific needs at each stage. The work can also support the emotional transitions of the journey, including consciously closing the pregnancy chapter when the time comes.

  • An ancient, refined ritual for revitalizing the skin and spirit.

    This treatment is a deeply relaxing and revitalizing experience that draws on ancient techniques to stimulate the nervous system and improve circulation. By gently activating the facial muscles and supporting skin hydration and elasticity, the results are often visible from the first session. The face appears more sculpted, luminous, and relaxed—a natural facelift combined with a profound state of inner calm.

  • Deep work without borders.

    Distance is no barrier to meaningful work. Online sessions follow the same process as in-person sessions: we begin by clarifying your aim and by exploring what you are carrying that day, physically, emotionally, and mentally. From there I guide you through body awareness exercises and practical tools to release what is held.

    Without touch, the work becomes more about learning to listen to yourself. People often discover they can access more than they expected on their own. At the end of each session, I guide you into deep rest and energetic rebalancing, which works effectively even at a distance.
